  • Participants must be 12–69 years old; guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian booked on the same tour.
  • You must be comfortable in the water, able to swim, physically fit, and able to communicate in English.
  • A medical statement is required. Travelers over 60 and some participants with specific medical histories or conditions may also need a physician-approved medical waiver.
  • The snorkeling experience is not suitable for pregnant travelers, and participants must be comfortable wearing a tight-fitting drysuit.
  • Hotel pickup availability varies due to local bus restrictions; you may be directed to a nearby designated pickup point.
